I dedicate this blog to my mentor in the kitchen - Chef Randy Zweiban. He introduced me to the brilliant levels of food, cooking and service with the finest and most exotic methods I had ever seen. He continues to inspire me in every way when it comes to food and wine and service in every way. I will always be greatful for his unconditional friendship and support, passion for "THE VERY, VERY BEST" ingredients and techniques the knowledge he has shared and continues to share with me.
